  Some places do walk ins for it. You should call the store to find out

  My store tried to imply it was a third party promotion and not affiliated with Sam's Club. Looks like I'm going to keep trying the number.

  Yesterday I got through and was on hold for twenty minutes. Someone then took my information and told me they would be sending me something in the mail before October 15th for me to take in the store and redeem so I'm not holding out much hope.

  How many times did you have to call before you got through?& what time?

  My call that went through was around 4:45 pm. I was on hold for around 20 minutes. I tried roughly ten times on Tuesday and three times yesterday.

  Everyone says to choose option 2, then 4. The secret is to choose option 2, then 0. Got right thru the first time!

  Got thru. Dial the number press 22 00 as soon as they start talking. No hold. Will mail by 10:15

  This was on the Today Show recently. It is not a scam at all. You can expect to be on hold for 20 to 25 minutes due to the high call volume. They send the number to your house and you have until November 15th to go to Sam's Club to get your card.
