A/s on Monday showed that baby has choriod plexus cysts on each side of their brain. We're going in at 28 weeks to double check everything but I'm staying hopeful considering we had early genetic testing done at 13 weeks and it didn't show me at any increased odds of baby having Trisomy 18. Though it's still scary!
@Twindling I didn't know what those were so I googled and it sounds like it is a stressful finding but that most babes are ok. I'm sure you are worried. Hoping for the best for you and the family
Here's me today at 20w3d. I was way bigger on the weekend but my constipation seems to have cleared up and I am down 5lbs since Saturday. Up 8lbs altogether.
@Twindling we had a choroid plexus cyst show up on baby girl's scan at 16 weeks and made us a little nervous too. But like you all my genetic testing came back totally normal. We have an A/S next Monday so hoping it won't show up.
Seems like they are pretty common though- even the doc who came in after my U/S told me that her daughter had one and she turned out just fine, and really smart! She said all the best kids have them haha
20 Weeks! Baby is moving and grooving all the time - on vacation (we just got back) H was able to feel LO kick a ton and you can see my belly move as baby shifts and kicks.
Just has my A/S - We're having a boy!! (yay!) and my placenta is apparently completely on the side towards my inner belly, pushing baby out towards my skin pretty far hence why we have had so much movement and can see everything so early on. It's pretty crazy actually seeing where LOs head is from the outside!

@twindling, I'm sure you've read this, but if there are no other markers, trisomy is found in "well under 1%" of babies with CPCs. We had some with our first, too, and it's scary, but remembering the statistics really helped me:)
Re: Hdbd 9/23 (where you post a bump pic)
