This is my third baby, but my first two were very close together. Only 15 months apart. We survived! They are best friends and worst enemies all rolled into one! They will be 3 and 2 when this lo is born, they are already fighting over who gets to hold it and who's room the baby will sleep in, lol.
My oldest was 14 months when my twins were born. It was a rough couple months, but we got into a routine. Now at age 6 and 5, they are so close. They have built in friends. It is really great!!!!! So just remember during all those challenging times that it will be worth it when they are older!
DS will be right around 2 depending on exactly when this one decides to come. DS was born April 26th, but was due May 2nd. My EDD now is some time in early May. I'll get an exact date on Wednesday at my first appointment. 'm definitely nervous about handling everything, especially since DH normally isn't home. It'll probable be crazy at first, but I'm sure we'll settle into a routine pretty quick.
My daughter will be 18 mo when baby is born. DHs son will be 3 but we don't have him all the time so that's not a lot of work. DD is pretty low maintenance so I'm not worried about that Either. I'm just concerned about where are we gonna put 3 car seats?! I didn't really want to buy DH a new truck till 2018. (When my car payments are up). On top of that, after this may baby he wants to get right on to the next (and last) one. He wants to be finished before he turns 40 (37 now).
Ladies who have 4 or more kids, what are you driving? I need ideas
My daughters are 15 months apart and this baby will be 28 months apart. We tried to have them close together again but it doesn't always work out that way... I almost felt it was easier for my oldest because she was too young to understand what was happening. She didn't have the jealousy thing, regression in sleeping or with the potty. It's like nothing changed for her.
This time I'm looking forward to her actually understanding - she's huge into babies and just adores them! I'm not looking forward to the change from 2 kids to 3. OH MY.
Add me to the 3 under 3 list! My boys are 14 months apart. When this baby makes their appearance I will have a 35 month old, 21 month old, and a newborn. We were actually trying for closer together with this one, but as someone above mentioned, it doesn't always work out that way.
Don't worry 2 under 2 ladies, if I can survive two maniac boys and go for round three, you can survive!
