When you don't know which food is going to make you nauseated until AFTER you eat it....... chicken is not my friend. Chicken is my favorite food, but it is no longer my friend (for now).
Oh and when you have three dogs that live inside that you have never been able to smell before suddenly stink. They usually smell okay between baths, although I guess now they don't due to the sensitive sniffer. I actually sprayed cologne on the primary offender. He did not seem to care lol.
Omg y'all this is cracking me UP!! =D> Glad to know I'm not alone. DH is pretty much under the assumption that dinner for the next 5 weeks is not his choice. Never had the experience where I can literally imagine what something will taste like, and immediately veto the idea of eating it-- and maybe gag at the thought of it.
You try to explain to your husband how you can be both hungry and extremely nauseous and end up getting so frustrated you dissolve into tears. Poor guy had no clue what to do and cautiously offered to make me a sandwich and it took all I had in me not to bite his head off. What part of "l feel like I am going to puke" doesn't he understand?
When you and your husband have been eating separate meals for the past week bc what you decide at lunch time for dinner changes as soon as you get home.... Every single day.
When your husband makes your usual scrambled eggs to bring to work. You get to work open the container of eggs (which I ususally LOVE) and almost vomit. In the trash they went. I ate chips and crackers instead.
When you can't believe you are still starving at 10 AM after you stopped at McD's for breakfast, until you realize the bag is still in your purse and you never ate it...
When you are on the phone with your SO after parking the car, get out, and say to him "that's so weird, the car is making a loud dinging sound and the headlights are still on! I wonder why it's doing that!" Um, you forgot to turn the headlights off. Pregnancy brain.

5 min later, I did want a sandwich. Sigh.
