Breastmilk can help with diaper rash, but if the rash is caused by yeast, it can actually make it worse (yeast feeds on sugar, including lactose).
Stop using wipes until the rash clears. Use a soft washcloth with warm water, and pat instead of wipe. Give her skin a chance to dry by leaving the diaper off for a few minutes. If it doesn't clear up, contact her doctor.

We use cornstarch as baby powder which helps with the rashes (bum and under chin). Keep an eye out to make sure it's not thrush, like she said regarding yeast.
