2nd time moms

i recently found out I was pregnant with my second. I just finished nursing my first at 13 months. We don't have a set due date and they aren't sure how far along I am. Any second time moms freaking out? I'm scared about having another and nervous about how already worn out I am from working and taking care of my family. Any tips? Advice? Or someone in this boat too?
