Hi everyone!
I've been lurking around this community board for a while, soaking in bits of info here and there - but figured it's time to just jump in!
I'm 26 y.o. and have been married to DH for 3 years, together for 6. We live in San Diego, CA with our two fur babies (one canine, one feline). I work as a Registered Nurse on a PCU floor - which always provides great experiences and allows me 4 days off a week.
We enjoy being outdoors hiking or at the beach, and both have a passion for food and wine! We just took a 4 week trip across Europe where I gained 10 pounds. Worth every single one
As for BOTB, I've been battling some intense baby fever for the past 2 years - and now my DH has caught it! I had my IUD removed on 8/6 with the intention of TTC in October. My periods were so funky on the IUD, so I figured I would give my body a few months to regulate.
But with life, there are always little twists in the road! I ended up taking a new job that I will start in October - so now TTC has been pushed to January because I want to make sure I am entitled to all the great maternity benefits that CA provides. But it seems so far away!
Well, that's all for me for now I enjoy reading about all of your experiences - and even though it makes the baby fever even stronger, it makes me more excited as well!

Like stated above, there is quite the group waiting to start TTC at the beginning of 2016. We got this!
