stole this from another board...
Just to ease our anxiety of "my baby should be doing XYZ.." List the things you're told your LO should be doing but isn't, just so you know you're not alone.

Re: My baby doesn't ______
My baby doesn't (get to?) adhere to any type of set schedule.
ETA: My baby doesn't properly laugh yet.
He's 12+ weeks
At our last pedi appointment, the doctor commented that LO is advanced cognitively, but her gross motor skills are developing more slowly - not to the point that we should be worried, just that gross motor skills don't seem to be her strength. Looks like she may be following in my footsteps as far as athleticism will be concerned, poor girl. I'd been hoping for her sake that she'd be taking after her dad in that area.
ETA my LO doesn't really laugh yet either. She gets huge smiles and will breathe kind of fast, but no real giggles just yet.
Take long naps during the day. We call him the Cat Nap King.
Laugh yet. There have been a few attempts, but no clear laughing. (11 weeks)
My baby also doesn't nap during the day unless it's forced.
My baby doesn't know his letters (he's 2.5).
My baby doesn't reach for toys or do baby push-ups (she's 10 weeks).
So, you know, it never ends.
@thay33 Mine used to HATE tummy time until I put her on her boppy for a few minutes at the beginning to elevate her upper half and force her to build her neck muscles. Now she's good on her tummy.
My baby doesn't roll over.
(14.5 weeks)
My baby doesn't nap
My baby doesn't smile the same amount daily
My baby doesn't stay happy for longer than 5 minutes at a time
My baby still doesn't stay awake while nursing

2nd round exp 8/20/18.
My point being, things change SO fast that it's causing me to worry less.
ETA: My baby doesn't .. have a round head...
My baby also doesn't roll over, mostly because she absolutely refuses to engage her arms when she's on her tummy.
My baby doesn't like the car seat. Unless she's sleepy she will cry the entire car ride.
He also doesn't sleep through the night or grab for toys.

My LO is HUGE, not sure on height/weight but solidly into 12 month clothing. He is also behind on some physical milestones. I do want to talk with Pedi about it at his 4 month but I suspect she'll say he's still on track. If not, we'll get him some help but I just keep reminding myself that worrying isn't productive. I am doing some baby yoga and massage with him because he seemed to have limited neck mobility. That's better but I've tried to keep at it because he likes it. Though frankly I am so busy it slips my mind a lot. Which compounds the mom guilt . . .

Roll over
Do tummy time. At all. Won't tolerate it.
I don't know what to do about tummy time. I feel like I've tried everything and she just screams and screams.
