My confession: I loathe every single one of you who say you don't have morning sickness. Nothing personal, I'm just extremely jealous and wish I could eat without turning green.
This BMB is so tame compared to my last one. At this point last time, girls were fighting on a daily basis. I am disappointed the most excitement we've had is people complaining about multiple posts and the trolls, who aren't much fun.

I miss the old bump, where you could actually tell a SS they were being ridiculous and not get warned/ banned.
Confession: I am excited to break out my old maternity clothes. Some are really cute and I cant wait to stop sucking in and let my belly hang.

Yes!
Also, I'm wearing maternity pants all the time and I'm only 7 weeks. Don't fight it - they're the way to go for sure!
I am ready to just tell everyone so I can wear all of my maternity tops too. I'm running out of non-maternity shirts that don't make me look just plain fat.
I roll my eyes at probably 3/4 of the posts made. I am so tired of the same questions or complaints over and over and over again. I want to post this gif on every single one of them, but don't want to get warned or banned.
ETA: omg...I just had to add this gif in here too...(btw, I really am a nice person, I just can't handle inane questions)

I was already banned once, under a different name. And I have 2 warnings. I wear them like a badge of honor.
I may need to rethink my confession. The movement thread is starting to meet my expectations.
That thread is ridiculous. I still can't believe that grown women think that someone having a different opinion than them is mean. No one was being mean there. Just get out if you don't think this board is for you.
My FFFC: I want to give DS benadryl so he'll sleep, even though he has no need for benadryl. **I am 100% not going to do this, I just really want to because I need him to sleep well again**

Agreed!!!
@Tippy05 I am right there with you. I am 8 w4d and I am wearing maternity pants. I don't even care. I am not messing around with unbuttoning. It feels great!!
A friend turned acquaintance added me to a local "kind and crunchy" group on FB yesterday. It took me about 3.2 seconds to want to scream science at the women choosing to take their infants to a chiropractor instead of a GP/Ped "because they agree with my choices" aka no vaccines/antibiotics. DH and I are licensed for foster care, so we have a pretty good idea what child abuse really is but man that's borderline endangerment.
ETA - not that chiropractors are bad, it's just like taking your kid to a gyno for a broken leg. Not at all their training.
@mrstrax We have a good friend who was given a cancer diagnosis when she was pregnant and told she may not survive through her pregnancy. She did a holistic approach and has been cancer free. She has since gone "crunchy" and shoves it down people's throat on Fb.
We did a ton of research on vaccines and I just can't understand those who won't do it.

I have no problem with holistic as a supplement or a "last ditch" but it bothers me when people take the research of thousands of educated people and say "nope my aunts cousins boyfriends sisters neighbor... Anec-data". Same with things like essential oils. I love eucalyptus when I have a sinus infection - I also love the antibiotics that kill said infection.

I am ok with holistic but let me believe science and a professional. I personally don't like meds when I am sick but I don't push that opinion on other people. I do give them to DD. I don't like being told because I eat red meat I am going to die or because I do something luke vaccinate that I am a bad parent.
That appears to be a popular opinion, at least with those jumping on to this thread do far. That may be a self-selecting bias though, as this thread is more likely to involve contested opinions, because that is the point.

A woman on a local Facebook mom's group was asking for pediatrician recommendations and I named mine because he's awesome - new parent himself, really listens, doesn't shove parenting advice down my throat, etc. She was like, "Oh that's who we have now. I don't really like him." Come to find out she'd rather bring her daughter to the chiropractor to treat an ear infection than him. And she'd rather use essential oils than modern medicine. When she said that I felt really good about my choice in pediatrician. haha!
And FWIW, I use a chiropractor and think he's great and did let him adjust my son once (it was very very gentle, not anything like an adult adjustment), but I would NEVER go to him to treat an ear infection.
My Confession....One of the main reasons I am team green is because I don't want a crap ton of clothes given to us before baby arrives. I LOVE the surprise--didn't find out with DD and am excited to keep the secret again, but if someone wants to be gracious and buy things for baby, I'd rather it be something more practical. I appreciate any and everything that will be purchased for baby, but I don't need a closet full of clothes that aren't our style! That may make me seem ungrateful and snotty....but I try to be practical instead of cluttered!

Nope, makes total sense. We have so many gifted/hand me down girl clothes right now and I still put her mostly in stuff we picked.

Agreed. I'm not patient enough to wait to find out, but I got sooooo much clothing when I was pregnant with DS, that I kind of wish I hadn't told anyone. This time around, when we spilled the beans to MIL and asked her to keep it quiet, she immediately told everyone, so I half jokingly told her I was going to punish her by not telling her the sex of the baby and she was like, "Well, how am I gonna buy it clothes??" Lady, I don't need more boy clothes and I sure as hell don't need frilly dresses for a newborn. I need another camera for my monitor, a double stroller and more nursery furniture. If you want to buy me something, start there.
I am 99% sure that one of my friends is faking her and her children's allergies, especially because they change every other week. I think that she needs to control people and feel special.
Every time I sneeze I think I'm going to blow the baby out
HAHAHAHA! My sneezing has calmed a bit. But I told my BF this at the poppy seed stage.
Definitely felt this way the first time I was relaxed and sneezed - all of my ligaments contracted and it was rather painful. Now, just stretching seems to aggravate it. I'm just glad baby is growing and stretching it out

munchausen by proxy
Seriously. I was trying to figure out what was going on with her last night and a google rabbit hole lead me to Munchausen by proxy. It described her attitude to a T. She seems so proud of the allergies.
My confession is that I haven't been able to bring myself to post most of this week because I don't have the energy to find creative ways to say, "Hey asshole, just use the search function. Also, yes, you're bloated. Because you're pregnant. And hey, have you seen that super handy, very active symptoms thread up top there? Why don't you take a peek at that before you make today's third post about nausea?" I'm legit going to get banned if I drop by here more than every couple of days.
I'm embarrassed to admit this but I tested out an old wives tale for determining the sex. I peed on some baking soda earlier in the week... For the record - it didn't fizz so I'm 100% having a girl.
The next person to comment on the "little bit of weight" I'm putting back on is going to get punched in the vag. No warning. Just a full force punch. And @iamrandom: Yes.

I cant believe how many women are able to completely disregard science. Vaccines, fetal movement, having a bump, etc.
