You guys are keeping me honest! day 5 and 6 are done. Didn't want to do them tonight and my husband laughed when I got up in the middle of our Netflix date night to do them but they had to be done!
I forgot to post too and almost forgot to do them. But alas, I was squatting away at 10:30 last night. Oh. And I forgot how many I was supposed to do so I accidentally did more than I had to!
Did day 7 today since I was driving all day yesterday. Also level 2 of shred. I actually gained weight this weekend thanks to.my family taking such good care of us during our visit
I forgot yesterday and did them today and am still a day behind. But tomorrow is a rest day! I thought I was going to have to do 215 tomorrow but I don't. Yay!
Went to Arby's for dinner & now my stomach hates me. Will be doing my Day 11 tomorrow. Also, if I complain about not losing weight on one of these threads soon, please refer me back to this post X_X
Ladies, I feel like I'm failing this challenge but it's been such a busy couple days and then weekend coming up (wedding, sisters baby shower (that I'm hosting)), so I promise to jump back on this next week!
Hello ladies, is it only me? Or am I doing this wrong? Last week on Friday, after the squats, i felt nauseated, my stomach hurted until Sunday. I was back on the game Monday. Yesterday after only 120 squats, I felt dizzy again and nauseated. I ended up vomiting 9 times within an 1h.

I know rigth? I just did 50 today and felt the same thing. I don't want to give up :-O but looks like i have too. Feeling like i'm failing
Don't feel like you're failing. You have to go at your own pace. Doing 50 squats is still more than what you were doing in August and that's awesome!!! Take it easy and maybe you can join us for the next challenge in October. But listen to your body!

Agreed! You are doing great & you have to listen to your body! I had to stop halfway through the August challenge as my body wasn't ready. But I'm doing much better with this months challenge. So you may just need a little more time.
