Moms who have multiple babies at home that are extremely close in age! Any tips would be appreciated

i have a 16 month old girl and a week yr. old little boy now and i am wondering how others handle sleep time and working....i am having a hard time getting some sleep between the feedings and of course the 16 month is a little coonfused by whats happening. would love to hear other moms tips on how to keep them on a somewhat similar schedule and how to keep older one happy while trying to take care of newborn...

    My god I don't miss the nap issues. I opened this hoping I could help. I have two 17 months apart and now they're 3 & 5. If I remember correctly I think the younger one had 2 naps so the older one napped for the younger ones 2nd nap. So hard to keep them from waking each other up. Good Luck! It gets easier (in a couple years :( sorry)
