Lightning butt??!!

So..ive heard everyone talk about lightning crotch. Ive experienced that a few times. But what about the lightning butt? I swear i just felt like i was being stabbed up the bum. Im laying in bed and start screaming "oh my god what is thaaatt" DH comes running in and i try to explain to him that my ass is on fire. I dont have hemorrhoids. .and im not constipated. I was just laying down ready to go to sleep and i swear this child tried to rip another hole in my ass. So here i am almost in tears holding onto my butt for dearnlife..and DH holding his crotch trying not to pee from laughing so hard. Who said this pregnancy thing is sexy??!!....p.s. does anyone knownwhat that heck that was??

omg that sounds crazy. I haven't experienced that but it could be the way baby is laying inside of you. Maybe he/she is pressing on some kind of nerve. Try doing some yoga movements to get baby to move to a different area.

DH poked at the baby a lottle and seems to relieve it. Must have been sitting on a nerve!! Craziness!!

I've gotten this a few times in the last week

I didn't experience it with #1, so I'm not sure what's causing it or really how to get it to stop.

I've gotten that I guess somthing like that it feels like I sat on a needle mostly on my left side cheek hahaha its horrible! !!!

Oh my gosh I so sorry! I shared with my hubby too and we couldn't stop laughing because it was so descriptive. Good luck and we hope it doesn't happen to me!

I've had the same thing. I think it's just the baby pressing on nerves. Makes shooting pains up your butt, not fun.
