What Would You LOVE to do....

Re: What Would You LOVE to do....

  • I can't wait to have a day without heart burn or nausea! The veins in my legs to be less swollen and grotesque. To not wear my husbands t shirts to work. Painless sex. Sushi and mimosas or sangria
  • Loading the player...
  • 1. Comfortably wear dress pants to work again.
    2. Breathe deeply and normally.
    3. Sleep on my stomach.
    4. Drink all the wine.
  • I wish I could crack my back. And I would love to go a full hour without having to go pee. And of course drink as much wine as I want.
  • 1) not have to hold a mirror and try to shave 2) a beer 3) sweating in summer heat

I would LOVE to be picking out a Halloween costume. Or be able to plan on anything for Halloween really. My due date is the 30th
  • I'd like to go shopping again for stuff outside of the maternity section.  There are so many cute fall outfits coming out right now.  I'd like to be able to sleep through the night and not wake up paranoid that I crushed the baby during my sleep by turning on my stomach.  I'd like to be able to resume a normal sex life with my husband instead of this twice a month deal.  I'd like to of course eat and drink whatever i want without worrying about it.  I'd like to have some margaritas.  I'd like to find a bra that can fit me right.  I'd like my boobs to quit hitting my stomach and my thighs from rubbing together.  I'd like to be able to shave my legs without getting side cramps.  I'd like to not have to put on a ton of baby powder so my skin isn't sticking together like swamp woman.  I'd like to be able to plan a trip to L.A. and go have fun with my bff.  I'd like to quit watching QVC...not sure what my obsession is with this but I've been watching it late at night while I've been pregnant the past couple months..lol.

I'd like to wear cute shoes and the size 6 and 8 clothes that I packed up in boxes in my closet.  I'd like to be able to walk without having swollen ankles and sleep without having hips hurting.

But most of all...I'd like to be holding my baby on the outside of my body and getting some relief!!  I just keep reminding myself pregnancy is an exercise in patience and sacrifice.  Sorry for the long rant.  lol

  • Eat Italian subs. Have regular sex. Move around without a big belly in the way. Sleep on my back.

And get to hold my baby boy! :)
  • Have a meal without thinking if the next bite is going to spike my glucose.

Take pups for a walk, I owe them big time!

Sleeping in my "comfy spot" which is on my right side cuddling DH.

Sleep!! Insomnia is a beast I wasn't expecting at all :-(

Grateful for being pregnant after so much heartbreak, but want her to be here already!!

Omg I want to crack my back so bad. It is the most amazing feeling when it randomly happens while I'm moving around.

  • I really only miss a couple of things.... sex with hubby (he's afraid of hurting the baby) and sleeping on my stomach.
  • Just not being pregnant! I was feeling so good until like this week (31/32). I'm hitting the wall and ready to be done. But I hear how much work having 2 will be and then I force myself to try to appreciate having just the one on the outside.
  • Jump on a trampoline!!!!
  • Champagne and medium rare steak. So much.
  • I'm a gymnastics coach and I miss being able to show my kids how to do a skill, there are days I just want to cry because I miss the agility, strength, and energy I had before pregnancy. Counting down the days till my sweet boy is here and the six weeks after till I can work out again
  • Mine is a wee bit vain, but I want to be able to look in the mirror and feel pretty again. I don't have the energy to doll myself up anymore; my hair is lucky to be anything more spectacular than a pony tail; my nice clothes either don't fit whatsoever, or are as appealing as a potato sack, and I haven't worn anything but flip flops because my shoes are not only uncomfortable, they take forever to get on.

My SO tells me how beautiful I am at least once a day, and it takes a lot to not break down and cry. I just have to keep reminding myself I only have bout one more month will my body will start to go back to normal, and I'll have my lovely daughter to snuggle.
  • I'm ready to sleep without feeling like I have to maneuver my stomach as separate part. I miss being able to walk downstairs without feeling unbalanced. I miss holding my cat in my lap, as she doesn't like sharing with my bump.
  • Pretty much yes to all the PP! I so wish sex wasn't this horrible awkward thing. My drive finally came back third tri and I'm just like, really?
  • I. WANT. WHISKEY.    That or be able walk up the stairs without panting.
  • Touch my toes and give myself a pedicure!
  • I want to visit my grandparents in Maine. The timing didn't work out with the pregnancy this year for the trip. I also would love to drink some kind of fruity (maybe a Cosmo) alcohol drink while eating sushi.... My mouth is watering now!
  • I have GD and live near Cincinnati where we throw one of the biggest Octoberfest celebrations outside of Germany. I want a beer and a creme puff.
  • Sleeping on my stomach.
    Sleeping, period.
As weird as it sounds, Aleve for my arthritis.
    Vodka.
    Sushi (give me rawwwww)
    Reaching my toes.
    SEEING my toes.
    Absence of acid reflux.
Going more than five minutes before peeing.
Sneezing while not sitting on the toilet.
  • Sleep!!!!!!!... And go zip lining.
