Bp high, but randomly dropping super low

My dr said my last to apts that my bp was pretty high and that he wants to start seeing me more often.. Well I've been checking at home as well and I get random spurts of being light headef feeling like I'm going to pass out and take my reading and it's really low (90/55) .. But others I take it and it's high.. Anyone have experience with this or know why this is happening??

    I've not dropped that low, but may I suggest you write down your bp any time you feel that way? I've been tracking for my doctor when u get dizzy, usually for me that means it is high. I hope you feel better soon.
