If we knew the magic answer to "how to conceive faster" do you think we would be on a trying to get pregnant board? Please lurk and read the threads at the top.
The most important factor is to make sure that you are timing intercourse correctly, by having sex within your fertile window. Read the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility, start temping and charting your BBT and using OPKs and you will have a better idea of when this window is. Good luck, and stay in school!
Me - 30; DH - 30
TTC #1 since June 2015 3/16 - Started infertility testing 4/16 - SA results: borderline low count/morph 8/16 - Ultrasound and HSG: all clear! Prescribed Bromocriptine for elevated Prolactin levels. 9/16 - Prolactin down to normal levels!
Also how old is your baby? If you are still breast feeding or haven't gotten AF yet that could be a factor. If you continue to participate on this board please be mindful that some women have been trying for a very long time to get pregnant. Not to throw the age piece in here but being 19 and already having been able to start trying for #2 is a lot more than most women here can say. If we knew a trick we would all be pregnant too. I know you are frustrated and are entitled to be. Just saying that this can come off as invalidating to those trying for a long time who don't even have one child yet. Everyone's experiences are different and of course you have the right to be frustrated but I just wanted to shed some light from a different perspective as well.
Nevertheless if you have been actively trying for a year and have not gotten pregnant go see an RE. Good luck to you.
Come on. Really? What did you expect these women to say to you? You gave us no info about what you have or haven't tried and basically just wrote a poor me, dear diary post.
You are going to get flamed! And I'm warning you about it now, because PP have been fairly nice.
This is a community of people. You can't just come on in on your high horse and throw a dumb ass question like that out and expect us to solve your fertility issues. Grow up!

It's going to take as long as it takes. But read the Ultimate TTGP Guide at the top. Also please use full words and correct grammar. Bt is not short for the word but. It's hard to read.
Wow - its starting early today...OP, I agree with what PP's have said - charting, temping, etc. Please lurk a lot - you can learn a lot from this board if you make an effort to lurk and read the Newbie guides.

Lol, my first thought it is too early for this ish
Literally not what I need this AM. I'm 37 and got a BFN this am after my third IUI while TTC#1. Talk to me in 19 years and maybe I'll feel bad for you.

Thank you! I wanted to say this but it was too early for me to put all of these words together. Because, you know, words are hard.
Married: 8/29/2009 TTC- since we got married (off and on) TTC with focus: Since July 2015

C&P directly from a Bump Q&A (ignore the crossed out sections):
Q&A: Tricks For Getting Pregnant? My husband and I plan to try to get pregnant at the end of the summer. Are there any tricks to the trade that we should know? Are there any positions that increase your chances?
There are lots of things you can do to improve your chances of getting pregnant. First, I'd like you to consider your overall health by eating a nutritious diet full of leafy green vegetables and fresh fruit. You should certainly not be smoking or drinking (or at least drinking very little in the run-up to getting pregnant). Try to get proper sleep and de-stress your life wherever you can. Also, ask your health care provider about taking a folic acid supplement. Your husband should also take measures to be in good physical health as well as not letting his testicles get overheated in tight pants, exercise shorts, etc.
Since you don't mention any problems with fertility, I'd avoid getting over-concerned about taking your temperature, or using an ovulation-predictor kit when you're first trying. Instead, make love as frequently as you want, aiming for the center of your monthly cycle. Once your husband ejaculates you should roll onto your back (if you're not already in that position), tip your pelvis into the air, and lift your legs — gravity will literally help his semen on their way. Think of the "bicycle" position where people cycle their legs in the air. Also ensure you have an orgasm so that the rhythmic contractions help the semen move up towards your cervix. Good luck!
Honorable mentions: Biggest IF support sister, sweetest bumpie, most genuine, LFAFer you'd most like to visit, great things come in small packages, pocket sized babe
Nope. Just no. I think I lost a few brain cells reading that. Thanks, OP.

It's pretty simple actually, you can try having unprotected sex at the right time. How will you know when the time is right? No it's not when your DH gives you the sexy stare, you'll know when you are most fertile by tracking your temps, checking your CM and cervix position and using OPKs.
That or you could go out and get a cat, smear cat food all over your belly and let it lick it off. I hear that means you're tots knocked up with twin kittens.
Re: How can I concieve faster
Yeahhh, you cant "conceive faster". This thread will be going nowhere, fast. Please lurk the boards and read the TOU.
It's too early to deal with this grammar/spelling situation.
But in all seriousness learn to track your ovulation, then have sex in your fertile window, it will give you as much chance as anyone else!
