Hello ladies!
I've been lurking since I found out that I was pregnant Aug 4th, but I haven't felt ready to fully acknowledge it as my prior two pregnancies did not stick. Last August I found out I was pregnant for the first time - we were ecstatic, but it was short lived. We went in for my 8 week appointment and found out that I had a MMC at 6 weeks. We got pregnant our first try after that. We went in for my 8 week appointment in December only to find out that it was a partial molar pregnancy. The next 6 months were a whirlwind of blood tests and slowly disappearing pregnancy symptoms. We finally got the green light from my OB to try again in June - we got pregnant first try!
We went in yesterday for our 2nd ultrasound (first was at 5 weeks - only saw gestational sac) I thought I was about 7 weeks, but we found out yesterday that I am measuring 8 weeks! Baby is doing great with a heart beat of 164BPM! So excited that this is finally felling real, and making my horrible symptoms worth it!
For any ladies out there that have experienced loss, there is hope. I didn't believe it for a long time, but I'm definitely believing it now! Good luck to all of your pregnancies!
I'm officially due April 12, 2016!
