Parker, Calvin or Peter?

We're expecting a little boy at the beginning of December. DH and I have narrowed it down to three names that we both like: Parker, Calvin and Peter, but we can't decide which one we like the best. Middle name will probably be Thomas (family name). Any associations/first impressions/thoughts?

I like Calvin THomas best followed by Peter Thomas. Peter is the most unexpected and it's a great name. Calvin is just a name I like and I adore the nn Cal. Parker is super trendy and doesn't compare to the other two.

Peter is nice but there's something about it with Thomas that (while it sounds nice) also sounds familiar in "I've heard this name and not for a good reason" way to me.

Calvin. I had Calvin on my list until we found out we are, in fact, having a boy, and for some reason the name didn't "feel" right for him. But I love the name.

Peter and Calvin are fantastic! I personally love Calvin, but get nervous when I see how many people are using it/loving it. Peter seems like a classic, but never overly used name. Both of them sound great with Thomas.

I like Parker best. I don't think it's overly trendy. Calvin is nice too. I just can't get behind Peter. It gets a lot of love here, but I think of a penis. Sorry!

I like Peter. Calvin is a fine name but it always reminds me of Calvin and Hobbes. I don't really like Parker.

Definitely Peter.

We know a few Calvins and few Parkers. Parker seems like a trendy name to me, whereas Calvin is classic. I like Peter best though because it's so tried and true. It's also my dad's name so I'm bias.

I have always thought the name Calvin was so cool! Couldn't get husband on board tho. Thomas was also a consideration for middle name for us too! To honor my grandmother (last name)

Thanks all! You've helped us confirm our own thoughts that we could eliminate Parker from the list. Still torn between Peter and Calvin, but we have a couple of months to decide
