Hi ladies,
I am 6w6d, and the morning sickness has kicked in something fierce in the last week. I have no appetite on top of the nausea, and am struggling to drink anything. Water sounds horrific, and if it doesn't have bubbles, it's unlikely to stay down. I'm also a Type 1 diabetic, so my options for drinking sweetened beverages are limited. I'm trying to avoid aspartame, and I've found these Sparkling ICE waters that come in several flavors. The lemonade one I had today made me feel better than I have all week. The trouble is, I'm not sure if they're ok during pregnancy. I haven't been able to get in to my OB yet, so I was hoping for some feedback here. They have green tea extract in them, and I can't find any info about if that's safe during pregnancy or not. Any experience with this beverage? Thanks!
