  You have asked two questions and then this post that's a total of 3. THe one only few minutes ago.  Any pregnancy book will tell you consistent movement starts at 28 weeks in regards to your last question. This is a community for questions but also for fun and many people are active with many members and form friendships, it's not google.  If you have a question you want answered quickly, a book or google is your best bet

  If you are worried about something in your pregnancy, call your doctor, don't jump from website to website.

  Also maybe the reason you are not getting answers is because you are on the 3rd trimester board and you are only 23 weeks along. Many of your questions are ones that we've answered weeks ago when we were all around the same spot in pregnancy. 2nd trimester board might be able to offer more help as they would be closer to you in regards to how far along you are.
