Hello ladies,
A few of us just completed the 30 day ab challenge in August. We had a great time motivating and encouraging one another on here and so we are doing a September squat challenge. Anyone is welcome to join us!!!
We were doing daily check ins as an encouragement but feel free to check in a often as you would like. Some of us also took before and after pictures and/or noted our weight and measurements. There is no pressure to do that but you might find it encouraging to see your personal progress.
The picture I've attached is what will be used.

Edit to make more sense... I had my phone and keys in the stroller and I put the stroller in the trunk when we got home ... Dumb mistake!
I completely forgot about this but thankfully i'm always on the bump before bed so i remembered, did my 55 and i'm now in bed. I'm so out of shape that 55 squats got me breathing heavily!
Does anyone else feel it mostly in their knees or am i doing it wrong?
I don't think my body is used to the extra weight yet, i hope it doesn't have to =\
Done day 5 as well as ab maintenance.
Not sure if it's the squats or if what they say about weight loss being the greatest in months 3-6 (if breastfeeding) is true, but the scale finally moved for me!!!! It's been weeks since I saw any change!!! But I've dropped 3 pounds since Tuesday!!!!!! Hoping this is the start of a weight loss trend
