  Clover and Calla are slightly odd for my taste, especially if they don't have a family meaning. The rest are nice mns.

  I feel like Penelope June is a super popular combo. I see it all the time on here and the BMB's so if there is not family connection I would drop that one. I guess Penelope Belle would get my vote.  I feel like Penelope Claire is very similar to some of yours and it has an excellent flow if you aren't sold on any of these.

  I feel the same @bbiutmcph- which is one reason why I can never commit too it. Claire is nice but DH vetoed!
