went in today for a regular appointment (40 weeks! Happy due date!) doc did my cervix check and told me I was 1-2 cm (progress from last week which was maybe a fingertip lol) he sent me for an NST because baby's heart beat was on the lower side of normal, nurse comes in and says "you're not feeling any contractions?" I said no and then 5 min later doctor comes in and says "looks like you're in labor, your contractions are 3 min apart" I was like whattttt???? So he sent me home to see if I progress or stall out! If nothing happens I go back Wednesday but I would appreciate so many prayers that we progress today!!

Haha @Miz_Liz I am sure if they do progress I will be feeling them! Just not these early labor ones I guess! I'm praying they come on stronger and last longer today! Come on baby!!!

Just sent you a PM before i saw this! We share the same due date so I wanted to touch base with you and wish you well today. So glad to hear you are making good progress and aren't in any pain yet. So far, it looks like im not going to be delivering today but the doctor hasn't done a cervical check for 2 weeks so i have no idea where i am even at right now. but i see him in 2 days so i should know more then. maybe some magic will happen tonight lol...one can hope. so happy for you!!!

@lap018 Yes, keep the updates coming if you feel comfortable with that. Will be interesting to see how different our similar our births end up being since we are at the same point.
