I have completely cut out my first love, POP! Now i am drinking mainly apple juice and water! What is your fluid intake like?

Had to cut out the coffee but that's a good thing because I probably drank too much. Now I just drink water and a variety of flavored seltzer water like crazy!

I'm obsessed with iced tea, but I'm trying to limit my caffeine intake so I'm trying to do just water for now. Although plain water isn't really doing it for me these days so I've been putting limes, cucumbers, and lemons in it. (Not all at once, obvi.)

Ice cold water, two cups of tea a day to limit caffeine, low fat milk
