Spotting

in 1st Trimester
i haveca question. 10 weeks today with #2. I went to bathroom a bit ago & when I wiped there was light pink blood. I've been on antibiotics but quit because they were making me itchy down there (sorry TMI). My question is, has anyone else had this happen? I worry about everything. Thanks!

    Spotting can be normal during pregnancy. Usually happens when the vagina or cervix is irritated by something. I'm not sure the antibiotics would have anything to do with it. Maybe ask your OB?

    Thanks. It may have just irritated because it hasn't happened since. My husband said the same thing happened the 1st time but I don't remember.

    Not sure why u were on antibiotics but u shouldn't just stop them. You can get over the counter or Rx meds to treat yeast infection but you shouldn't just stop your meds
    spotting after going to the bathroom CAN be very common but combined with the other issues... just call your doc and kill 2 birds with one stone
