I'm doing good. I finally got admitted to the hospital Friday so I'm a bit at ease. Still very nervous since he is breech and not turning. He's doing good also. Sorry I haven't been updating you all but I plan to start
Don't apologize You just make sure you take care of yourself and your wee one and put that first. We'll be here if you need to talk or want to update us
I'm in the uk and watched an American program called baby er the other day and this happened to a woman on that, I think she was 21 weeks when her waters broke, she stayed in hospital completely fine and they induced her at 34 weeks as they said it's can cause infections to leave baby in there past 34 weeks, she had to drink lots of water and they ministered her and if she didn't drink enough they would place her on a fluid drip for the rest, her baby was fine when she was born she just needed a little oxygen and I think she stayed in hospital for 9 days
I'm so incredibly happy to read how you're doing, you are strong and your baby it's stronger! God bless you both and keep on taking care of yourself. You can do this!

@njohnson0331 we are all pulling for you! I'm glad you are in the hospital where you can be monitored around the clock. Good to hear your LO is doing good given the circumstances.
Hello ladies. So...... I'm officially 25 weeks!! I was supposed to be 23w6d today but the doctors moved my date up a week and a day. Braylen is doing great. He has a Strong heartbeat and I can tell he's getting bigger because these kicks are starting to hurt. I'm taking oral antibiotics to reduce the chance of infection. Sadly I do have a uti/bladder infection and I'm taking oral and I. V antibiotics for that. Ive had both steroid shots. No contractions or signs of labor so far so thats a good thing. He still only has a small amount of fluid around him but he's doing well. Some is better than none. Right? He is a bit underweight so I'll have a ultrasound every two weeks to check for growth. The doctors don't really seem concerned since they say maybe it's just the way he's meant to grow.
Honey push for a hospital that has the best NICU. I was this gestational age when I delivered. I had been on hospital bed rest for 3 weeks. My twins did not make it. Push push push for a good NICU while they will still transport you
I'm in the same boat! My water broke at 24 weeks and I was already dilated to 3 cm when I was admitted to the hospital. The plan is to keep baby in there as long as she'll stay in there, one day at a time. I've received the steroid shots for babies lungs already and am on 2 different antibiotics and so far so good. I was on magnesium sulphate for 3 days and boy, was that stuff something awful! So my husband and I are in it for the long haul as the Drs will not release me until I've delivered our baby girl. Today we made it to week 25!!!
@AnnH74 I had my baby boy September 12. He's doing well and in the NICU. They discharged me Sunday and now I'm finally home after 3 long weeks in the hospital.
