I felt so stupid last night. I was talking to my husband on the cell phone using my ear piece. I was going crazy searching for my phone so I could go down to the basement without losing the connection. I finally told him to hold on because I couldn't find my phone and he wouldn't be able to hear me. I went to open the basement door and even switched the phone to my other hand, got halfway down the stairs before I realized I was holding it. Then today I took my lid off of my drink and proceeded to shake it, my legs were covered with lime water.
I made myself a smoothie and proceeded to clean up my mess. As I was throwing out a paper towel my husband eyed the garbage can asked me to open it again. I'd thrown out the blender. :-S

I had to share an older pregnancy brain moment, my husband just reminded me of it. So I was pregnant with #3 and didn't intend on more. So I packed away my maternity clothes. A couple years later we were pregnant with #4. So I unpack my maternity outfits and found $500 in $100 bills folded up in my back pocket. How on earth does one forget about $500? We are not financially well off enough not to notice that much money missing, but we did! Talking to my husband last night he jokingly asked if we had any old maternity jeans lying around. I had totally forgotten about that. Sadly this time I had gotten rid of all of those old clothes so no chance this time of finding a wad full of cash.
I went to pump gas over the weekend and I could not get the nozzle into my gas tank. I was pushing it so hard and trying to slam it through. After about 2 minutes i looked up and realized this was the DIESEL pump and that is why it wouldn't fit.
Quite often when I'm the bar person at the coffee shop I work at. I've had moments where I had to remake drinks multiple time because I made stupid little mistakes that I'd never make before....
My husband had a sympathy pregnancy brain moment a few days ago. It was our anniversary and when I handed him his coffee he said "happy birthday sweetheart" lol. Well it must not have registered right away with me because I just smiled, said thank you and sat down. We looked at each other about 15 seconds later and both just cracked up. Haha!

A couple weeks ago, I dropped my mil off at a Chinese restaurant while I went to get gas. I somehow locked my keys and purse in my car and left my mil stranded with no way to contact her. I had to use speedway's phone to call my very confused husband to come rescue me!

While filling out forms at the hospital I will be giving birth at I forgot my social security number, phone number, and after signing my name what felt like 100 times I forgot how to spell my own name all in a one hour span!! Today was not my day!!

Not this time but during my DS1's pregnancy we refinanced our mortgage. I definitely signed a few of the papers with my maiden name. I had been married for a few years but totally went back to single mode.

I was making toast this morning and couldn't find the butter anywhere in the fridge. Come lunchtime I decide to put away the spices from last nights dinner and welp there's the butter.
Don't know if this counts but I was searching absentmindedly with my hand for the roller thing to roll down the window in the car while I was talking to my husband. Took me a while to remember we have electric windows....
So I did laundry day before yesterday and Dh said he would put away his own clothes so I left the m in a pile on his dresser. Our son likes to get into clothes though and play with them so I have picked up pieces of clean clothes off and on the last 2 days. Husband also has a bad habit of just putting his dirty clothes where ever he wants instead of in the basket. Well this morning, I get up and there is a pair of socks on the floor by the dresser so I pick them up, and without thinking about the possible negative side effects, I sniff the socks to see if Dh left them or ds. Unfortunately, Dh pulled them off his feet and left them there. Bad time for mommy brain.
I'm making "grandma/grandpa" mugs to announce to our parents. I thought I put them in the oven to bake on the ink and it took me an hour to realize I hadn't turned on the oven. I finally turned on the oven and half hour later as I'm sitting down to watch tv I realize only half the mugs are in there. -__- now I need to wait two hours for these to cool before I can bake the other two...
The other day i was taking care of my 1year old nephew for some strange reason i pour milk on his toast and put peanut butter in his bottle.... he was not impressed
