TTC #2 since 11/13

ME: Submucosal Fibroid Surgery Date APRIL 14th 2015 -Left Tube is blocked by Fibroid~Surgeon removed 26 Fibroids from my Ute and Unblocked my Tube

DH:Azoospermia...Thank God we have 12 vials of frozen swimmers

July 15-Check to see if Ute is all healed

IUI #1 8/3/15...BFN

IUI #2 9/5/15...BFP on 9/17/15

Beta #1-344

Beta #2-809

Beta #3 8,390

    I just have to say WTF to my 7 year old who thinks that elmer's glue should be played with at all times.  Thank you science camp.

    IUI #1 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN
    IUI #2 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN
    IUI #3 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN
    IVF #1, Stimmed for 12 days, ER 8/22/14, 9 retrieved, 7M, 7F!!  Freeze all due to fluid in uterus.
    FET end of October 2014 cancelled due to fluid in uterus due to possible c-scar defect
    Surgery scheduled 12/12/14 to fix possible isthmocele
    3/26/15 transferred one 8 cell grade 4 embryo and one 6 cell grade 3 embryo = slow rising betas for 2+ weeks = ectopic MTX shot 4/29/15
    Repeat c-scar surgery June 2015
    2nd and last IVF cycle August 2015, stimmed for 12 days, 2 egg retrieved, both mature and both fertilized.  Transferred both 8-cell embryos on Day 3, beta 9/5/15 = BFFN
    MOVING TO ADOPTION!

    WTF to my daughter who hates sleeping with more passion than anyone ever. Why does it have to take 3 hours to get her to go to bed. I blame DH's poor sleep genes. :(

    I have heard that really really intelligent people didn't sleep much as children....you are raising a future Nobel prize winner!

    WTF is up with my Drs this week! Urgent Care doc asked me on Monday when we were trying for #2. Umm, bitch, I am here because I am in excruciating back pain. This appt has NOTHING to do with my uterus. My Gyn today asked me if I would take a pregnancy test because I missed my July period. My answer, I haven't had sex in over 2 months and have had multiple surgeries since - it is impossible. Then she suggested I get on BCPs to prevent an oops. I point blank told her, if mother nature wants to bless me with an oops baby, I will take my chances. 

    I am sick of Drs. I don't want to talk about my uterus every where I go!

    Kid #2 - maybe???
    Diagnosed with Severe Ashermans 
    Hysteroscopy #10 - scar tissue grew back reblocking my right tube
    #11 or IVF with scarring still inside?
    1 lone embryo from September 2016 retreival, dx with Trisomy 16, starting fresh

    @Flamingemu my gyno did the same thing to me. I looked at her crazy like you know how hard it was for me to have baby #1 why would I prevent #2????

    Since we don't seem to have a WTF Wednesday for  today, I'm commandeering this one! Hope that's okay... I need to rant! Okay, here goes...

    INSURANCE RED TAPE SUCKS!!! As if this process isn't stressful enough, you have to also spend 45 minutes on the phone with your insurance company because the claims from the lab for your genetic testing that your RE insisted you get through their lab and swore wouldn't cost you more than $95 out of pocket, were DENIED and you are holding a $6,000 bill in your shaking hand. Then you finally find out that it was an error and that they will reprocess it, but your relief is short-lived, because then you're told that they are out-of-network, and your deductable isn't met, and once it is they will only pay 50%.... so once they reprocess it you have write a letter appealing it on the grounds that it's a specialized lab.... and PRAY that they will treat it like an in-network bill.

    ARRRRRRGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!

    Yes- Elmer's glue and insurance companies are the worst... but @flamingemu... your stories of the week take the cake.  I think we would all happily take an "oops."  I hope your back is feeling better!

    Oh and as to the sleeping children... I may also have a genius on my hands because it is still a struggle to get my almost 4 year old to sleep through the night by himself (he is more than happy to sleep when he cons his way into our bed).

    @ErikaMG, insurance sucks. I didn't realize until after I had scheduled my surgery (#2) that I had zero coverage for out of network. So all of my surgeries this year have been OOP. Luckily, the hospital is in network, so at least the facility & anestheiologist are covered.
