Pick things up off the floor. If I drop something I take a moment to consider 'how much do I really need that???'

This. It's great when my family members think I should pick up everything from the floor. If I do bend over I then spend 5 minutes trying to decide if I will ever breathe again.
  • I know people have said it already but seriously... tying my shoes... is the worst!  I end up holding my breath which, you know, is always a good thing...

I've also knocked a few items off of the corners of tables that I used to be able to fit around.. at least i laugh when that happens instead of crying
  • Tying my shoes or latching my sandals :( My fiancée now has to help me with anything I put on my feet that aren't slip ons :( so embarassing
  • Sit at my desk at work. I feel so squished!

  • Put cups away that were cleaned in the dishwasher. The dishwasher is below the counter and the cups go directly above at head height. I need the dishwasher open to take them out but then my arms can't reach the shelf because my bump has me too far from the counter!

    Do dishes.

I nearly cried yesterday because I was literally standing as close to the sink as I could get...like belly squished against the counter...and my DH and DDs kept bumping into me while trying to go past and then blaming me for being in the way!

Ugh...do you want clean dishes or not!? (Talking to you, DH, because you always complain I don't do them often enough....)

  • Washing my boys hair in the bath has also gotten harder. I love that I have a shower head with the long hose to spray them down but I know have to make them stand so I don't had to bend over as far. It also doesn't help when the squirm around when I am trying to rinse out their hair.

Story time is also getting harder with baby pushing into my diaphragm while trying to read outload.....
  • Getting out of the car!  So much grunting and huffing, not very ladylike.

Also we're doing a lot of kneeling, spinning and high kicks in tai chi right now.  I'm glad they're open to 'modifying the moves to your abilities' because I basically can't do half of them anymore.

  • Let's see...
    -put my underwear on
    -reach into the washing machine
    -drive
  • Move groceries from the cart to the conveyor belt.  I have to stand in the aisle with the cart behind me to get the groceries out because the aisles are so small but my bump now keeps me from bending over enough to get the stuff in the back bottom of the cart.  I had to back my cart (and people behind me) out the back of the line the other day just so I could come in from the side to reach stuff.
  • Everything! But mainly get out of bed and put my socks and shoes on... I've even had to get my husband to help me put my socks on lol I felt ridiculous!
  • Cutting toe nails, getting out of bed, putting on pants, picking stuff up off the floor. :((
