  Update: We just got back home. I had noticed earlier in the day that my fat feet were staying quite dented after I had them rested up against the coffee table for a few minutes so I went online to see how long before this bloating goes away and I saw that it is normal (which I knew) but it said if it is accompanied by a headache to call your Dr as it could be a sign of pre-e (I never knew you could develop this AFTER baby too). I decided to go to CVS to use their blood pressure machine and it was high (I did 3 different readings all 5 minutes apart and all high). I called my Dr and when I told the nurse the numbers she asked if I could come in. When I got there it was even higher so she said she had to go talk to the Dr. She came back within maybe 3 minutes and said the Dr. wanted me to go to the ER. When I got to the ER it was still really high, but slightly lower than at the Dr's. They did blood work and urine (which was tons of fun since they have to do a catheter if you are postpartum as the blood, etc. contaminates the results). All of my labs came back normal and after a few hours my numbers were back down. I have to go for another check next week, but they were very re-assuring that my labs looked great and they did not think that I needed to worry, but if any symptoms worsen or new ones show up I have to go right back to the ER. Thank you ladies for all of your T&P's - it definitely was comforting to know I had all of you pulling for me!
