Fingers crossed for a heartbeat!!

We have our second ultrasound today and I am REALLY hoping to see a heartbeat!!
I have had 2 miscarriages so my Dr. is monitoring this pregnancy very closely. We went for our first ultrasound 2 weeks ago, which based on my last period I was almost 7 weeks. When they did the US, they only saw the sak and the yolk (no embryo) and determined based on that, I was just under 5 weeks (that doesn't seem right to me at all) so they scheduled me to come back for another US today in which I would be 9 weeks according to last period (just under 7 according to measurements last time) Im really hoping that they were off and I am right and there is a heartbeat! I cant handle the suspense anymore!!
