Any STM not feel very big or showing much?

I've seen similar posts, but noting specific for a second pregnancy. I'm 17w5d and I don't feel like I'm as big as I should be for this point in a second pregnancy. I'm only 5'2 so I know it has nothing to do with me being taller. I think I've felt a few flutters but nothing consistent.

Yes, I Am! I was heavier at the start of this pregnancy. I didn't lose all my baby weight from my first but I just feel like I am getting fatter and not a baby bump

  • I'm a STM and with the exact same weight and weight gain I had with my first, this time around my bump is much smaller. I think it has to do with baby's position.
  • I'm a third time mom and not really showing at 18.5 weeks. I am also 5'2. I haven't even told my work yet. This happened with my second and first pregnancy too. People would always comment on how I don't look pregnant. I almost envy the women who get told they look huge.
  • I'm 5'2 and didn't show until I was 20+ weeks with my first. I'm 18 weeks now and barely showing. Everyone carries differently and gains differently it doesn't mean anything is wrong or it's not normal. There isn't really a normal for how you are going to carry.
There are bigger things to worry about enjoy not being uncomfortable while it lasts
  • I'm showing but not feeling as much movement as I did with the first by this time which makes me worry for no reason. Just keep reminding yourself that every pregnancy is different! As long as your dr isn't concerned you shouldn't be either
  • this is my second and people keep telling me I look small. Idk. I started out 20 lbs lighter than I did with my first so I'm thinking that's why my bumps not as big. But baby is good and he kicks ALL the time so I'm not worried. As long as your dr says you are good I wouldn't worry.
  • I'm a third time mom and not really showing yet- I haven't really gained but I just have a gross blump (thank you spanx for helping with hiding that). With my last two I never had a real bump or felt actually pregnant until 20 weeks or more. I also have felt no movement yet, but it's normal not to until even in the mid 20 weeks I believe. Remember that with your first pregnancy you were probably paying VERY close attention to your body so you might have noticed changes sooner.
