Nausea Watch

Has anyone tried the Prima Bella nausea watch? They tried it on me at the doctor's office. It is pretty weird - kind of makes your veins buzz and tingle in your wrist. It is so new at my clinic that they couldn't share with me any feedback from other mothers.

Have you tried it? Success? No? How often did you leave it on? How often did you have to re-apply the gel?

  • I too would love to have this!
  • Never heard it. How is it supposed to work?

At the clinic this morning they tried one on me. They put gel inside your wrist (about two fingers up). They put the watch "face" on the inside of your wrist. My basic feedback on how it works are there are five settings. I couldn't feel one or two, but three felt tingly like it was buzzing the veins in my wrist. Evidently these little charges trick your belly into not feeling queasiness - supposed to work for those who get carsick, etc. It does feel weird, but the nurse said she wore one all day yesterday and she did eventually not notice anymore.

I'm waiting to see how much my insurance covers, but was curious if anyone had tried it.
