  It's probably round ligament pain. Totally normal if it is!

  Yes! Mine has been horrible but I've had my HCG levels checked and everything seems to be stable! I've read a lot of normal healthy pregnancies have cramping in the first trimester.

  It's probably ligament pain as the first comment said. It feels like ovaries but isnt...just stretching. Doctor told me it can be painful.

  I actually have left side pain only. Went to doctor and I have multiple ovarian CL cysts. Will dissolve as pregnancy progresses

  Yup - definitely round ligament pain. If I get up too quickly or cough/sneeze the wrong way I get them too.
