  Mine kept getting bigger and eventually separated the embryo from the wall of my uterus. Nothing I could have done to change it. Happened at 6 w 2 days and didn't know it until 2 weeks later when I started to really bleed. I'm not telling you this to scare you or be a downer it's just my story. I work in an ob/gyn office and most women who get a SCH tend to have their babies with no problems and they often go away on their own by the time you are 20 weeks.

  I had one with my DS- it bled out on its own around 12 weeks.
  
  I think I might have one with this one too (spotting and bleeding for a week and half off and on) but they couldn't see anything on Ultrasound...

  I woke up this morning to spotting. Went and had an emergency ultrasound. Baby measured perfect at 7w6d with a heart rate of 163 but I also have a subchorionic hemorrhage. My dr put me on pelvic rest until my follow up ultrasound in 3 weeks.

  I just found out through an ultrasound that I have one at 8 weeks, 5 days. Haven't had bleeding yet. Hoping it will resolve itself. @haedtk86, how are you doing? Did your SCH resolve itself??

  I had one with my fourth child, and I bled off and on the whole pregnancy. She was a healthy 8 pounder at 39 weeks.

  When you bleed does anyone have bad cramps? I'll be 9 weeks tomorrow and at 6 weeks they said I had one and it just started to bleed again! It's spotting but I'm having bad cramps

  I found out I had one at 8w 5days because I had bright red bleeding and cramping. I had another ultrasound this week, and it already appears to be decreasing in size, although I still have cramping.

  I'm pregnant with my fourth and I have one. My ob isn't that concerned mainly because my bleeding did stop. I found out after heavy bleeding at 11 weeks and I'm now 17wks4d. My only restriction is holding my youngest child.

  I had one with my first. It was found at 7 weeks and resolved itself by my 11 week appt. My doctor didn't suggest any restrictions, but I put myself on pelvic rest (for my own peace of mind) until that second appt.
