Portuguese/Italian girl & boy names

We're team green, so right now we have to be ready with at least one name for each. I'm Portuguese and my husband is Italian. For our first son, we named him Roberto. But we're having a real hard time coming up with suitable names that work in Portuguese, Italian and English.

Any suggestions?

    We are Italian (and also team green) – our boy name is Luca and girl name is Vivia. (Although I am rethinking Vivia for Fabiana or Evelina.)

    Not sure how or if these would work in Portuguese, but throwing it out there.

    Love PP's names, we have a lot of the same! We had the Spanish/English name difficulty!

    We have decided 99% for Cecilia but he also considered
    Fernanda ("Fer" is so pretty)
    Paola
    Penelope
    Marina
    Carina
    Renee/Renata

    If boys we had considered
    Raul
    Rafael
    And some others I don't remember... We found out by week 18 and stopped thinking about boys names then!
