Can we bring back this thread? I loved seeing what everyone made for their LOs during pregnancy! I haven't had a ton of crafty time, of course, but I try to make a little time for it when my LO is sleeping, because making things is so restorative for me. My first big sewing finish since her birth was a dress for her baby dedication day at church. It's the Geranium Dress pattern by Rae Hoekstra (https://www.made-by-rae.com/2012/12/geranium-dress-sewing-pattern-is-here/) in an Art Gallery fabric from the Reminisce collection (https://www.artgalleryfabrics.com/cgi-bin/fabricshop/gallery.cgi?Category=82). Highly recommend both the pattern, which was very well written and easy to follow, and Art Gallery fabrics for apparel, they wash and wear really well!
Cute! I'm impressed!! The only thing I've made for LO is breast milk! Ha! I wish I had more time. I need to at least get a baby book started or I'll never be forgiven. It's just harder to find time right now with two kids.
Before he was born i took the time to paint these letters to hang up in the nursery. There is definitely no time for it now but it was fun when i did have time!
Re: Crafty Mamas
Made plenty of breastmilk. Organic and everything.
Edit: autocorrect hates BF
ETA: pic taken before they were sewn obviously.
