When is your first prenatal visit?

Hi all! I'm almost 5 weeks along and just scheduled my first visit. My doctor won't see me until 9 weeks. (4 more weeks of torture in my opinion after 2 losses!) When is your first apt?

I'll be almost 10 weeks. My appointment is September 15th. They wanted to see me between 8 and 10 weeks. I'm off work the 14th and 15th so that was easiest.

Tomorrow!!! I'll be 7 weeks, typically they see patients at 8 weeks at my practice but I have my students next week and just meetings this week, easier to miss. I'm so excited!

Next week at 7 weeks. They usually wait until after 8 but I go back to work and it was easier to schedule a little early.

I haven't made mine yet surprisingly. I will be 4 weeks on Thursday, so maybe I will call and schedule next week. I feel silly to call any sooner when I'm still before my missed period.

My original appt was at 11w3d but I've felt really uneasy and anxious (first timer) so hubs and I agreed to find another doc. They are getting me in on Monday, 8w on the nose, I'm so relieved!

I'm going tomorrow, I'll be almost 7 weeks. They wanted to see me around 6 weeks for a sonogram. Glad they'll be getting me in early...that wait was hard enough! Good luck to all the ladies who still have a while

I just switched doctors and they a confirmation of pregnancy ultrasound at 6 weeks. I was surprised bc I had to wait until 8 weeks with my previous pregnancy.

Almost 9 weeks with the nurse and business center, and just over 10 for the initial with my OB. Likely no U/S until 20 weeks.

I'm 4 weeks and 4 days with my 1st pregnancy. Went to my first appointment today because I experienced spotting and a little cramping they asked me to come in earlier than next week, when I'm 6 weeks. They placed me on EPM, early pregnancy monitoring because they didn't see a visible sign of pregnancy from my ultrasound. So they took my blood today and did an exam. I have to go every other day for the next 10 days so that they can monitor my blood hormone levels. So fingers crossed. The PA explained it could be perfectly fine, could be ectopic, or could terminate but they won't know until 6 weeks or so. So I'm hopeful everything goes smoothly.

I waited for 40 minutes to see the PA, not the OB I requested. I ended up being super late for work as well two hour appointment. Because of the frequency of the lab appointments coming up this next week I had to cave in and tell my boss just so he knew why I would be coming and going. Hated I had to share the news before my hubs and I were ready.

Mine is at 10 weeks so not until 9/22. Five weeks away..... The anxiety is killing me! I'm trying to keep busy and find ways to make it go faster. It's my first too. The only think that makes it better to me is that by 10 weeks there will actually be something in there that resembles a baby, which will be really nice to see!

A week from tomorrow! I'll be 8 w 4d... I was hoping they would have bumped it up earlier since I had been dealing with spotting and bleeding, nope! Sent me for tests and an ultrasound- but appointment stayed the same! Last time around they saw me at 5w 5d

My first appointment will be 7weeks and 2 days. I think my next appointment will be a month after, I wish they would see me just a week or two after so they can at least hear the heartbeat. My practice only does one ultrasound around 20 weeks, which I hate but love the midwives!

Tomorrow when I'm 7 weeks! My doctor wanted to see me for the first time at 6-7 weeks, I went with 7 so there's a better chance of hearing the heartbeat. I'm a nervous wreck though.

Dating ultrasound today! I'm 6w1d. They usually see people 7-8 weeks but with my lmp I can get in now even though I didn't ovulate till the 21st of July b/c of PCOS.

My first appt is 9/9 and I'll be 8w3d. So hard to wait that long!! We have our dating ultrasound first then meeting with the midwife who delivered our DD. She's on-call that day so keeping fingers crossed that no babies born until after our appt

7 weeks at 8/31. Hour long appt. First 30 with the nurse updating my history and teaching. 30 with my OB and will include a dating US.

My OB has delivered my first 2. I really love her. Hopefully this pregnancy go's as uncomplicated as my first 2...

10-12 weeks is when I was told to make it unless I have concerns. This is my third so I think the MWs are open to waiting.

I already had a confirmation appointment at 4 weeks, but it lasted about 5 minutes because it was just to pee in a cup and set everything else up. My first real appointment is next Friday and I'll be just over 9 weeks. I can't wait - I just want to see that heartbeat so that I can feel actually excited.
