I am a first time mommy and was looking for any kind of insight, advice, or just any little tips that made your pregnancy any easier! I'd love to hear what you bring to the table!
Best thing I ever did when pregnant this time and last was eat lots of small meals, some could have been considered snacks!! I got sick EVERYTIME I ate a full meal at one time!!
Eating a few ginger snaps before even getting out of bed in the morning helped with my morning sickness, I had to switch to Vita-Gummi prenatals because all others made me hurl, no hot/warm showers (not saying cold showers but the colder the better) for me, I swear I lived off of ginger-ale and OJ mixed and trying to stay stress free!!
I didn't with my first but with this one I was told to walk 30 minutes a day through the whole pregnancy, sit on an exercise ball at home anytime you get a chance because it helps your pelvic bones and muscles get into position, when you get a chance lean forward on things to rest, this helps the chances of a normal birth!
Every mothers body is different so you may try everything and it not work (sorry ) but you could try them and make your life so much easier!! Good luck and I hope it all goes well!!
