Where did you buy your nursing tops? I would like to try things on now that my chest is so much larger than before I have no idea what size to order, but motherhood maternity is the only store that I know of that sells nursing attire in store.
Or do you just wear whatever and lift it up when you nurse in private? I have been wearing t-shirts, or nursing tanks around but I would like something a little more 'normal' at this point. Thanks!
Re: Nursing attire
check to see if any local stores sell it. We have a store here that is geared toward nursing moms. They fit and sell lots of different nursing bras/tanks and sell gently used maternity/nursing clothes. All of their sales staff is trained to do fittings and many of them are lactation consultants as well. If you are in/near chicago- there has to be something similar.
Motherhood is over priced for the quality and from what I've experienced- their sales people are more interested in sellling something than actually being helpful.
I bought a few really good quality nursing bras and wear them under cardigans/tops that I can pull up or to the side and it works just fine.
