  I was waching something not too long ago, where they were discussing the lady with 18 kids, and there was a Dr. on there that said after so many her uterus could give out and literally just fall out of her. Idk how valid this is, but I could see it happening after 18 kids lol

  My 2nd damaged my bladder on the way out.  So far, Kegels are helping, but if it gets worse after I deliver my 3rd, I'm heading for a similar surgery. 

  I never knew your water could break and you not know it (happened with my 1st).  I never knew the baby could scratch your entire inner labia.  I had a small tear, but the scratches were worse, burned when I peed, and took longer to heal (happened with my 2nd).

  After....I was prepared for the lack of sleep, but I wasn't prepared for a kid that refused to let me eat.  From the day she was born, Kate throws a fit if I eat.  Even now.  I've tried just letting her scream while I eat, but who wants to shove food in their face listening to someone screech?  I've tried eating while she eats and all she does is eat her food, scream, and grab for mine.  I landed in the hospital after my 2nd because I had gone days without eating and passed out.

  my girlfriend had this after her second...hers was actually so dropped he had a little ball coming out of her vajay jay...ya nasty...but it went back up somehow...yuck

  Totally possible even before having kids. Its called a cystocele. I had it happen 2 yrs ago. You dont always need surgery for it b/c sometimes kegel exercises will get it back to normal. In more serious cases they can/will repair it with surgery. Its scary though... kinda gross description here... but it looks/feels like there is a ping-pong ball-sized lump poking out of your V.

  Holy crap.. all this stuff scares me to death! I thought the worst thing I'd really have to worry about was tearing or pooping. lol

  Yeah, it's been pretty common amongst women in my family to have prolapsed bladders & horrible tears & such. My grandma had a prolapsed bladder after my aunt was born & she was only 5.5 lbs. My other grandma had a prolapsed uterus & so did my aunt. 4th degree tears seem to be the norm too, & when my mom had me I got stuck(shoulder dystocia). Let's just say every time I've told a female family member I'm pregnant, they ask if I'm planning a C within the first 5 mins of the conversation. And ppl wonder why I'm terrified of a vag delivery.?

  I had a friend who had a C-section after having twins and they put her back together wrong -- like her organs weren't where they should have been.  There have been talks of having to go back in and "re-organize" her (for lack of a better word!).  I can't even imagine!

  My friend felt like she had to push after she was done delivering her afterbirth.  The Dr told her to go ahead and she pushed out her uterus!  It was the first time the Dr had ever seen it (guess it's really rare).  For lack of a better description, he grabbed it and jammed it back up there.  Talk about pain!  She went on to have a 2nd baby 2 years later and it didn't happen again.
