I lived in Alaska for 6 years, worked from home and never really got into it. Now I live in Texas, work in an office where large TVs on walls are always tuned to sports and have a football mad team of guys....so I guess I'll be learning it this year.

GO HAWKS!!!!!!!! We were all dressed for blue Friday today and went to my OB appointment... my OB is related to the most famous 49ers player of the moment so she teased us a little.

We taught DS to say "Touchdown!" and throw his hands in the air so we are SO ready for tonight! (eta typo)

Ahhhhh, ok gotcha. I think they call Mississipi State Hail state too. We don't do NFL here, not sure why… we just don't have that "love" feeling over a team, though we live in Georgia so my mom LOVES the Atlanta Falcons. We will watch them and root for them but the excitement isn't there like it is for college football.
