i had talked to DH the other day about birth control and he told me it would be expensive. i then told him about different methods and he told me he is concerned with me taking it. like as if im going to sleep with someone else. hell if i was going to i would have done it while pregnant when there would be 0 chance of lasting evidence [-(
but for real though, how much are the various methods costing you guys?
I have great insurance through my work.. I have 5$ copay that's all ETA- per DH told me the 5$ was for my thyroid med and 800 ibu Rx, the pills were "no cost"
If you have health insurance (unless provided by a religious employer) most types of birth control should be completely covered thanks to the affordable care act. If you don't have insurance then get yourself to planned parenthood and see what they can do for you.

I don't understand how taking birth control is related to sleeping with someone else. I'm genuinely curious about what he meant by that...
I believe my Mirena was completely covered by my insurance. I haven't received a bill but the doctors office said it was covered, so if anything it should just be a copay.
