Thought this might be a bit of fun, I'm sure everyone's got some guilty pleasures they've partook in either secretly or in plain sight and felt the honest truth is because they are pregnant

Mine today:
I bought a jar of olives...to last at least a few salads...then i eated all of the olives because they were delicious...because I'm pregnant damnit!

My husband has taken over all "gross" duties. Anything related to old food (cleaning out the fridge), the garbage, or the dog making a mess, my husband now does 100%. I haven't had much morning sickness (THANK GOD), but I do have a very sensitive stomach/nose now, and the few times I've thrown up are because I've gotten a whiff of the garbage can or was grossed out by old food. Traditionally, I've always had the iron clad stomach and managed all "gross" tasks because my husband is kind of a baby. The dog threw up last night and he was all gagging as he cleaned it up, while I just noped out of there.

I'm also suffering from major pregnant brain, just really forgetful and losing my words. We joke about it mostly but I often default to, "Be nice, I'm pregnant!" a lot.

I've been very forgetful, told my dogs I would take them for a walk. Got all ready and left, with the leashes, half way into the walk I realized what I had done.

Southerner here and it's typically referred to as Puppy Chow but I have heard Muddy Buddies.

First time I heard puppy chow I was so confused lol

I've still been pretty tired (although not as bad as the first tri) so I pretty frequently go to bed either right after work or right after dinner . . . BECAUSE I'M PREGNANT!!!

I also go with "because I'm building a tiny human . . . are YOU?" lol

I'm from GA and I've always heard puppy chow. Now I want it#

I nap everyday when my son naps and I've been slacking on dishes...because I'm pregnant. Oh and I'm definitely eating a little more icecream than I usually do.

I've also been napping almost every day. My 4 year old could do without a nap, but I'm making him go to bed when my 2 year old does, so I can pass out for a while.

I ate an entire jar of pickled cabbage. Weird, I know. I was also contemplating driving 104 miles to the nearest A & W for a chili cheese dog and root beer float.

Also, I live in Arizona and we call it puppy chow too!

I have been taking frequent naps throughout the day…because I'm tired alllll the time….because I'm pregnant (or as I say, because I'm growing a HUMAN.)

I would say my biggest "because I'm pregnant" is as soon as it's even remotely humid I can't even handle it outside. The humidity literally makes me gag so if it's not a cool day I don't want to do ANYTHING outside of the house.

Soooo it's because I'm pregnant that I don't want to "enjoy" the summer

I was out to lunch with colleagues and hubby called to say he has to travel for work leaving Sunday. I cried because toddler + work + pregnancy on my own for a week feels very overwhelming! Then felt like an idiot in a restaurant.

Very forgetful lately! So much that one morning while preparing breakfast, I excitedly thanked my DH for organizing the kitchen cabinets, and told him 'they were driving me nuts how did you know?!' Lol well his face was stunned to say the least. Apparently, he never organized them I did, but I literally have no memory of it... still.

He was a pretty freaked out haha. I laughed it off saying it was because I'm pregnant; and told him he should have just rolled with it and rocked some extra brownie points. Not often an opportunity like that comes up!

I can't do the dishes because I'm pregnant. But mostly because I've thrown up 3 separate time trying to do them since becoming pregnant..... ew. Also if I skip other chores because I'm tired and would rather take a nap, it's cuz I'm pregnant!

I take naps all the time and don't feel bad about chores not getting done. I had a cinnamon roll at work today and didn't share with DH. It was delicious

My DH is out of town and I've been very sick and averse to most foods. So when my DH's colleague stopped by and asked if he could help me with anything I asked him to clean out my fridge. I couldn't even stand to open it anymore and see that leftover broccoli!

I just ate 3 of the strawberry and peanut butter uncrustables because chicken wings sounded terrible. I also had a 2 cookies which is huge for me since I am NEVER HUNGRY!

Napping.... Totally napping. I work nights and sometimes I will sleep all night and then all day as well when I have to work that night. Its pretty terrible. Although now that I'm 13 weeks, I am feeling less tired.

And I'm in Missouri and we call it puppy chow as well

My husband was in a 10 day ("pleasure") trip while I played single mom with a 16mo (trip was booked 8 months ago)... He was supposed to return last night when his flight got canceled and there is not an available flight back until tomorrow night!! He has apologized profusely (even though it was completely out of his control). But don't think that I won't milk this situation, because I'm pregnant. I understand your reaction completely!!
