All of the above? Lol, I have a purse/diaper bag with my essentials, a grocery bag to add to it for labour, a suitcase for postpartum and a tote and wet/dry bag for baby. This way we only have to bring stuff in as its needed.
I will probably bring my back pack and clutch for me as well as both diaper bags. Anytime the hospital restocks the baby care stuff I will pack it away!
We packed our stuff into an sports duffle bag. To be specific, an Arsenal team Premier League Football bag. I think it will be lucky for us and its a great size to hold everything.
I voted backpack, but its actually an old military medic backpack. It's small but its has space for everything. I've got a change of clothes in there, fuzzy slippers, underware, nursing bras, pads, a giant robe, some clothes for baby, my belly bandit and its not even full. still have plenty of room for other things i plan on shoving in there, like shower shoes receiving blankets, toiletries and such.
I am using the backpack that I purchased when my DH and I went to Europe for our honeymoon. It has a lot of storage, but isn't overly big. I am hoping to fit a lot of the hospital stuff in it as well. I hate having bags sliding off my shoulders (even though DH will probably be carrying the bag) and it allows for more hands to hold other things.
