It sounds like you're really set on the first name. It's going to get misspelled and mispronounced 100% of the time. But if you're fine with that, Makenzie is better, definitely more feminine.

Actually more people pronounce it correctly than we thought because of the actress Chyler Leigh

When I first read this, I read it as chyler with a ch sound like cheese. I showed my mom next to me and she said it the same way. Also we've never heard of that actress but we could just be missing out. If I were you I would just save your daughter the trouble she's gonna have her whole life and change the spelling to Kyler or Cyler. But if you don't want to, I totally get that because she's your daughter and you don't have to listen to some lady on a forum!:) love Makenzie with it!

Cyler would prob also be pronounced wrong. Like sigh-ler.... ch can be pronounced as the k sound. For instance chlorine.... that's all I can think of for now.

I value all opinions, I may not change it but I still value it;)

When I saw it I immediately saw Kyler because the first thing that came to my mind was Christ...also Chaldeans is pronounced with the k sound. There were quite a few other words that have Ch as K but I'm drawing a blank right now. It also is in the name dictionary spelled Chyler meaning "Beloved" that's what sold me on it.
I like the name Chyler. Could be because I am slightly obsessed with Greys Anatomy so I thought of Chyler Leigh immediately. Chyler Mackenzie has a nice sound to it. In the end it's really up to you. We chose Emmelynn for our daughter. Even after numerous people on a different board told me then Lyn trend was too played out, we did it for pronunciation sake because the traditional spelling Emmeline is pronounced emmaleen where we live. But I would stick to your gut. Chyler is a great name imo and I've definitely seen and heard a lot stranger.

Thank you, Emmelynn is beautiful! And she won't have 30 other kids in her school with that name. I love yours also!
Re: Finalizing baby girl name
I thought the exact samething.
