Any of you planning on having a professional photographer for the birth? I'm a photographer myself and I'm contemplating it. Most of the pictures I see are awesome and just so priceless but then again I think it might be awkward to have someone in there with us. And of course I know it's hard to plan since no one can really predict when labor will happen. I would almost rather have those than maternity pics. Too many thinks to think about as the time nears.
Re: Birth Photography
We did get pics of DD1 afterwards though, like a day or two later.
Nope nope nope. I faint at the sight of blood, no way would I ever be able to look at birth photos. I also hate having my picture taken in general; I only got a wedding photographer because I figured I'd regret not having anything besides candid guest shots, and 2.5 years later they're still only in digital version.
I think my hospital has a photographer visit new moms for a few newborn shots, the packages will probably be overpriced but its one less thing to worry about.
This time I've threatened to FaceTime her when I'm pushing.
That's the same thing yeah?!
