Random: I bought a cantaloupe last week that was super ripe, juicy, and Amazing but the one I got yesterday we cut up too soon and it's hard ( I'm overly sad about it.
Still nauseas in the mornings. Every morning I have to have milk, i used to hate milk but now i love it. 14 weeks on friday. My doppler should be here tomorrow and I'm super excited about it to get some extra confirmation at home before I tell all. Going to the dentist today, eek, i hate the dentist. And i don't really floss so I'll get a smack on the hand for that.
Im sooo tired, I have drank more water in the last week than I have in the last 4 months of pregnancy. I havent been sleeping good at all during the night. Im irritable, grouchy and emotional as all heck! I also have a crampy/stretchy feeling in my abdomin...
I am ready for my appt next week with the Doctor to check and make sure baby is doing ok! I am also wanting a doppler for home to ease my mind.
I am still miserable all the time from the ms. Tired, nauseas, and sick of throwing up. H has been so supportive but I think he's had his fill oh how miserable I am too. I can't wait for this part to be over. Im 13w1d so hopefully soon.
I have been living in maxi skirts. Anything with else makes me uncomfortable. I haven't given in to maternity pants yet. I went out looking once and I didn't find any I liked.
I feel very bloated today. Given up on buttoning my pants too ...14 weeks 5 days... wearing a dress and my boobs look huge! Was told I am getting fat by my older brother and that I better start running after I give birth. Got to love older siblings. ..
Fiber one bars, apple juice, and take TWO colace not just one. Those are my things I have to do everyday. Zofran works wonders but definitely makes pooping a challenge
Yup i think i've given up on pants with buttons too. it's just more comfortable in maternity pants. I just can't get comfortable at night though. i'm a stomach sleeper and it's killing me to start sleeping on my side. this is the part of pregnancy that i just don't like every time. i'm going to need to get out the body pillow here pretty soon i think.

Thank you. I'll try apple juice and fiber one bars. Collace and Senna have done nothing. I'm going to try Biscodyl tonight.

Using the hair tie/rubber band trick for my slacks at work. My maternity pants are too big and my regular pants are too small! MSA finally easing up though, and I'm grateful. Tired of getting advice from other people who have had babies. It's never ending! Long winded stories of other pregnancies gets so old!
Had to get up relatively early for the first time In forever today. Threw up breakfast and am now sitting here miserable and chugging water (so thirsty!!!) just knowing it's probably gonna come back up... This day won't be over til at least 10:30 and I'm not looking forward to it : (
I got maternity pants and they are so comfortable but they keep falling down. they fit in the legs so is it just because I haven't got a bump yet? I feel like I can slowly feel my energy coming back (13w) which is such a relief!
I have a pulled muscle or something hurting my leg when I walk. This happened with my first pregnancy and went away after birth. I guess my body just doesn't like extra weight? Ugh

Man I sound miserable. lol
I can feel you. Same here. Gas pain kept me up whole night last night. Barely sleep two hours. Vomited everything after dinner. I don't know why pregnancy can be so hard on me. Pp keep telling me it will get better when it hit the second trimester, I'm 13 weeks 1 day today. I don't need the maternity pants though. My weight went down from 118 lbs to 103. OMG. I'm so miserable. Also, I tried acupuncture yesterday, so sad that it didn't work.
For you ladies who are having pant fitting issues, go to Target and buy some BeBands (generic bella bands). I bought a black and a white one 2 weeks ago and they are life savers.

I have trouble eating. I'm not sick, I just don't have an appetite. I am almost 14 weeks and haven't gained any weight yet. So at my midwife appointment yesterday, my midwife kept feeding me almonds and sent me home with a jug of almond milk. Lol. Her prescription for me was to put something in my mouth every hour lol. I love her.
I have Crohn's and it's trying to make itself known right now, and I say nay!
We'll see who wins: me or my immune system....

Not too much going on for me - occasional headache and occasional *almost* vom session in the mornings but haven't actually puked in a long while. Hunger is coming back but not as bad as it was around weeks 4-6 and not nearly as bloated as I was. So glad I have an ultrasound tomorrow - I just want to make sure everything is all right, I'm going to flip out if they re-schedule it again lol.
Random: I want a dang hair cut, but my stylist stopped working weekends and her latest appointment on weekdays is 5 PM. I work 45 minutes away and don't leave the office until 5! UGH!!!!!!! So annoying! I really don't want to have to find another hairdresser!
I'm finally feeling better for the most part, just icky in the morning. As a FTM I have the tendency to freak out mid-day that I haven't had symptoms and what if something is wrong... And then I remember all the symptoms I have been having and am feeling good entering the second tri!

@purplepenguin3 I am feeling your pain about not sleeping well. I am a back / stomach sleeper too, and it's been a really hard adjustment. I got a boppy last week at Target and it's helped me sleep on my side some, but my shoulders ache from the pressure and I can't get comfortable. I sleep on my left side, and my left arm keeps falling asleep even before I do because the rest of my body is on top of it! What am I supposed to do with it? The woman in the Boppy advertisement pic looks so comfortable, but where is her right arm, I ask you!? Where???
@acuteangles - haha yeah i have a boppy pillow from my previous pregnancies and it has been hit and miss. with my first it was easier and more comfortable to just use a regular pillow between my legs, it's usually my hips that are the problem. I remember it taking some getting used to to use when i did actually use the body pillow with #2. I did like it a lot for support, but i still hate sleeping on my side.
I have had a hormonal headache for over a week now. I'm 13 weeks 4 days and I look 6 months pregnant. I was going to try to hide my pregnancy a little longer, but this baby has other ideas! I had to buy maternity pants at 10 weeks because I was showing so much and couldn't do the rubber band on my button trick. But I've only gained 3 lbs since getting pregnant. So it's all belly!
Overall my first trimester was not bad at all. I didnt have any morning sickness or vomiting. I feel for all you ladies that are still dealing with it! I can only imagine what you're going through!! At least in the end when you're holding your beautiful little baby it will all be worth it!
I'm in Australia (so it's winter) and I have the worst case of frozen nipple ever. Yes, singular, it's only ever the L side and no matter what I do it will not defrost. Feels like it will just snap off. Am I alone in this?
Oh wow, @bigred226 I've never even heard of that sounds painful!
I'm one of those who hasn't had a lot of symptoms and at 11 weeks they're decreasing even more. Hoping that's a good thing?? I'm borrowing a Doppler from my SIL this weekend and cannot wait to try it out. Just can't stop being paranoid.
So a random... Went to post in the knitting and crafty thread and found out it was deleted? Not sure why. Anyway spent the afternoon knitting these because I've been having back spasms and can't paint my furniture. Now I'm hoping I have a girl to wear them lol.

It got deleted because someone promoted their business in it

What about the endless love, the kisses, the memories, the fun that we are all going to have? Why is everyone so negative. I'm over it.

Mostly headaches and insomnia getting me down.
