(Having TB issues, so this will be short and sweet)
I'll start with the sad story before getting to the good news. In March, I peed on my very first HPT and got my very first BFP. DH and I were not expecting it to happen so soon (we had just stopped preventing), but after only 2 weeks, I had a natural miscarriage on Easter weekend. It all happened so quickly, but it made us realize how important this was to us. My OB told me we could start TTCAL as soon as my levels dropped below 5. While I waited for my body to restore itself, I researched about charting fertility and eventually came across TB. I started temping, checking CM and stalked TB right away.
This weekend, we went camping with friends boating, swimming and drinking (everyone except me that is). I had my bags packed with several HPTs, but could not bring myself to POAS. I thought I would do it as soon as we returned home, but I was so tired and started to mildly cramp, so I just went to bed. When I logged another high temp this morning, I was ready to test. DH laid in bed talking to me the whole time, trying to calm my nerves. He asked "how much longer?" and I responded "12 seconds - hold on - YEEEESSSSS!!!" and ran in to show him and give him a kiss. I think he is in shock, my normally chatty guy was so quiet. I can't wait to see him go through all the emotions.
This is a big week for us, DH's birthday was on the second, and mine was on the eighth. This is the best birthday surprise ever!!!! Oh yeah, I've probably never really mentioned this, but I just turned 36, so the whole age thing has been worrying me a bit. I'm just hoping this is my sticky rainbow baby.
Yup - we had a LOT of sex this cycle, which is not at all normal for us.
As far as symptoms - none. NONE. Last night and this morning I have very slight cramping that feels exactly like menstrual cramps.
