Had my September baby at 28 weeks, here she is now ! UPDATE

Idk if anyone remembers me, my birth story is in announcement but I wanted to show you my baby makenzies progress. After 6 weeks she is now home with mama and daddy . We got her here yesterday and are so happy. She had one of the shortest stays and was let go just under 35 weeks. She measures 28 weeks 4 Days at birth (June 24) she was only 2.4 lbs and is now 4.10lbs . I pray the rest of you that are still pregnant (super jealous haha) have a safe delivery !

I was hoping I could reach someone in the same situation ! Your little boy will be great. I got though my time looking at other preemies that had now grown up great and that gave me so much hope . They do say boys move slower but not much slower funny thing is they told me another 2 weeks they gave me a five hour notice she was being discharged yesterday do not be discouraged . @pmercedes this made me cry!! I had my little girl at 30+4, we're still in a step down NICU. She's such a fighter and I'm so proud of her, but I'm so mad at myself that I couldn't stay pregnant longer. Every time I see someone's bump I get tears in my eyes.
And of course we remember you! I actually thought about you last night!! And your little girl is absolutely gorgeous!!

@LaurenNewph my little guy will be 3 weeks old on Tuesday, he was born at 31+1. They say boys don't do as well (especially the "WWB's" - Wimpy White Boys ha!) but our little man has been doing wonderfully. Tonight he even took a bottle for an entire feeding on his first try, instead of getting it through his tube! These babies are fighters

He is sooooo handsome !!! I love transformation pics ! I'm so excited for her to chunk up more but even her difference now is amazing . Your little boy is adorable congrats his milestones !

They said that but ignore it he's doing fine . They say these things to parents they told me not another 2 weeks and I wasn't even prepared , they don't give you but a moments notice of discharge . I got same day notice . Soon as he takes all the bottles and is in open crib look for them to send you home soon soon . Congrats on the baby I'm sure he's just a doll

@sugarmagn0lia and @pmercedes the nurses all jokes with me not to get upset when they referred to him as a wimpy white boy when he was born, but since he's been born many of them have mentioned he is not wimpy at all! I'm so proud of my little guy! I never in a million years thoughts I'd be here! Here's to all our premie fighters!

Congrats!!! She is absolutely gorgeous!!! I started to go into preterm labor last Thursday at 34 weeks and 5 days but thankfully..it never progressed into labor and I have been able to go home. I am hoping she will wait another two weeks so she can grow a little more and be have less chances of infections and complications, but am a little nervous as I am having quite regular contractions. Any which way I am excited and eager to meet her!! May God continue to watch over your precious daughter!!
