Crazy, but true! I moved to a suburb north of Chicago last summer. Everyone does have "a guy" for everything!! A little strange that no one does anything themselves, but in this case, changing a marquee sign isn't exactly a DIY project!
We had family photos taken and the photographer did a few reveal photos for us. I am IN LOVE with how they turned out!! I'll be 12 weeks next Tuesday so that's when I will be sharing but it'll be hard to wait!
My bf is a pro boxer so I thought this was fitting :-) Ps... My original due date of Feb 7 just got moved to Jan 31. Hope it's ok if I remain in this birth month group :-)
Here's ours. We are an adventurous couple, our wedding was "adventure" themed so this announcement is 100% us. I am 12 weeks today, due at the end of February. We will be posting the announcement within the next week.
@adventuremama Cute! Ours is going to look like that except it'll have a PS4 controller for DH, a mouse and keyboard for me, an iPad for DS, and an iPod for LO. (with Player 1, Player 2, etc listed. We're super nerds.)

12 weeks and 5 days today. We've already told most people but we'll go Facebook public later today. We're announcing separately since we had our own picture ideas.
These will be going up on FB sometime this week. I just need to get my husband to tell a few more people on his side that will be upset by not finding out from him.
I shamelessly copied this from Pinterest to send out to my extended family and friends who live far away and we didn't get to tell in person. I might post to Facebook after I tell my employer in a couple of weeks.
DH and I have circulated through about 6 cars in the last two years so we have quite a reputation for always showing up in a different vehicle. We thought it would be funny to play off of peoples' jokes about constantly getting different cars and have this caption on the photo below: "[DH] and I are excited to announce that we will be adding a new car to our garage this February! Baby [last name] expected February 23rd!"

I used this picture and our ultrasound to announce on facebook! We just moved so I think I'm going to make an announcement postcard and mail to some family/friends to send out the new address.

We'll my puppy is a fatty so she was trying to lick the soda. We also encouraged her a little by putting pnut butter on the straw.
